Yes, completely. The first call is non-binding and free of charge. We look together at where you stand, what you need and whether I'm the right person to help — honest and without sales pressure.
How quickly do I get a reply?
Usually within 4 hours during business hours, at the latest within 24h. I read every inquiry personally and reply with concrete reference to your project — no generic boilerplate response.
Should I write or just book a slot?
Either works. If you already know you want to talk, just book a 30-minute slot directly — no email back-and-forth. If you'd rather sort your thoughts first, send a message and I'll come back with a proposal.
Do you work with smaller businesses?
Absolutely. From sole traders to medical practices to growing startups — I work with companies of any size. What matters is that you have a clear goal we can work toward together.
How does a typical project run?
